How the pre-book works

Three steps, and the first one is free.

1. Text ROOF, or put your address in below. We pull your roof up on satellite and tell you straight whether it's a candidate, and roughly what it costs. Free either way.
2. Put $100 down to hold a spring slot. Once we've said your roof is a candidate, we text you a secure payment link. The $100 comes off your bill. If we inspect and your roof isn't a candidate, you get it back.
3. We treat it in spring and take $300 off. A couple of hours on site, no tear-off, plant-based oil. The shingles darken while you watch.

Your price, before anyone visits

We price at a dollar per square foot of roof, with no minimum. Roof area, not house area. The roofs we've measured in Utah County so far run about 2,000 to 3,600 sq ft, so most land between $1,700 and $3,300 after your $300 off. Yours is below.

Why us

Most of what we do is decide whether to do it. If yours is too far gone, or you have hail damage insurance would cover, we'll say so and leave, and your deposit comes back.
