Utah County, Utah

Your roof may have years left in it.

We treat aging asphalt shingles with a plant-based rejuvenating oil that restores flexibility — so a roof that looks tired doesn't have to be torn off yet.

The comparison that matters

One is a treatment. The other is a tear-off.

Rejuvenation treatment

$1 / sq ft

Of measured roof area, so a 2,400 sq ft roof is $2,400. One visit, 2 to 4 hours on a typical roof. No tear-off, no dumpster, no crew in your driveway for three days.

Full replacement, Utah County

$14,042

The local average for a full asphalt shingle replacement across Provo, Orem and Lehi. Go get a quote — we want you to.

How we price it: a dollar per square foot of actual roof area, with no minimum. Roof area, not house area — a 2,900 sq ft footprint on a normal pitch is closer to 3,200 sq ft of roof, and we measure it rather than guess. That is the whole formula. You will get the number in writing before anyone books anything.

Replacement figure is the published regional average for the Provo–Orem–Lehi area. Your own number will differ with pitch, square footage and access.

Instant estimate

Type your address. See your roof and your number.

We pull the satellite view and 3D roof data for your house and work out the actual roof area, pitch included. At a dollar a square foot, that area is your estimate.

We keep the addresses people look up so we can follow up about the roof. Privacy

What actually happens

You can watch it work from the driveway.

1. We look first

A free assessment, on the roof, with photos. If your shingles are too far gone we tell you that day and charge you nothing.

2. We spray

A plant-based, biobased oil applied at full strength. The shingles darken as it soaks in — you'll see the change happen while we're up there.

3. We document it

Timestamped before-and-after photos from the same angles, every job, handed to you. Your record as much as ours.

The rocks in your gutterThose granules are the shingle's sunscreen. Once enough of them let go, the asphalt underneath starts to cook.

The first three clips are ours, filmed by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot. The granule clip is Bright Green Roof footage, supplied to us as a dealer. More of our own work is just below, with the town and the date on it.

Utah County, this season

Our own roofs, photographed by us.

Drone photos straight off the camera: cropped and resized, nothing else. No filters, no colour boost. The treated shingles look darker partly because the oil is fresh, and the colour settles some as it cures, so we'll come back and add the same shots a few weeks on.

We turn down roofs. Regularly.

Most of the complaints in this industry come from treating a roof that never should have been treated. We would rather lose the job than be the reason you're annoyed in two years. This isn't for you if:

  • You have hail damage and a current policy. Utah is a top-ten hail state. If your carrier will pay for a replacement, take it — that's a better deal than anything we sell, and we'll say so on your driveway.
  • Your shingles are past saving. Heavy granule loss, widespread curling or cracking. No oil reverses that, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling.
  • Your roof is nearly new. There's no benefit to buy yet. Call us in a few years.
  • You're selling within the year. The value here is long-term. A price credit probably serves you better.
  • You have tile or metal. This is for asphalt shingles only.

What you get in writing

Five years, on paper.

Every roof we treat is covered by a five-year warranty. You get the terms in your hand on the day of the job, as part of your Roof Record — not emailed later, not buried in a link.

Term
Five years from the date of application.
Your evidence
Timestamped before-and-after photographs from marked positions. You hold the same set we do.
Transfers
With the property, if you sell. The Roof Record is a document a buyer's agent can read.

What it is not: a promise of a specific number of added years — nobody can support that, and we don't claim it. Storm and hail damage is an insurance matter, not a warranty matter, and we will say so plainly.

Who is behind this

An authorized Bright Green Roof dealer.

Bright Green Roof

We are not a company that mixes its own product in a shed. Art Roof Revival LLC is an authorized dealer for Bright Green Roof, applying their shingle preservation oil under their training, their equipment specification and their application standard.

That matters for one practical reason: a plant-based oil sprayed onto a roof is only as good as the hands holding the wand and the process behind them. We were trained on this product before we touched a customer's roof, and the people who make it are reachable by name when we have a question.

Bright Green Roof is the manufacturer and franchisor. Art Roof Revival LLC is an independent business, locally owned in Lehi, and the work, the warranty and the people on your roof are ours.

Straight answers

The questions people actually ask.

Does this really work, or is it a gimmick?

Here's the honest version. Asphalt shingles fail partly because sun and heat drive the oils out of them and they go brittle. The treatment puts a plant-based oil back in, which restores flexibility. That mechanism is real and you can see the shingles change colour as they absorb it.

What we won't do is quote you a guaranteed number of extra years. The independent long-term testing in this category is thin, and nobody — us included — has field data for Utah's altitude and sun specifically. What we'll promise is an honest assessment, a roof that's demonstrably more flexible when we leave, and photos proving what we did.

Will this void my shingle manufacturer's warranty?

We don't know, and anyone who tells you they're certain hasn't read your warranty. We've read GAF's and found no clause naming treatments like this either way. The roofing manufacturers' trade association does advise against field-applied coatings generally, mostly because products that sit on top of a shingle can trap moisture.

If your roof is still under a manufacturer warranty you value, get their answer in writing before you let anyone spray anything on it — including us.

I think I have hail damage. What should I do?

File the claim. If your policy still pays replacement cost, your carrier buys you a new roof and we can't compete with that. Come back to us if the claim is denied, or when the new roof is a few years old.

How often does it need doing?

Plan on roughly every five years. It's maintenance, not a one-time fix — the same way you seal a deck rather than rebuild it.
